   On Tuesday, February 17, Councilman Bill Morrison along with eight Memphis City Council members approved the final vote for the Raleigh Springs Project. Approximately 65 Raleigh residents braved the weather and erupted in cheers and applause when the votes were tallied.

Raleigh is strong! Raleigh is united!
